The FS-Assur software is an intrinsic part of the core service provided. The control reviews serve as a transparent proof of concept of a tool that allows a dynamic approach to the management of operational risk: point in time, periodic review; sampling; and assumptions-based calibration become a thing of the past. Instead the software support rigorous, data-rich, evidential assessment across the whole dataset.

The tool has an easy to use data-driven visual modelling methodology. It also has full audit trail and traceability, laying a controlled foundation for continued ongoing process enhancement.

Scenario-based Assurance Modelling
The FS-Assur modelling software is central to this future state analysis service. Providing the ability to apply new products, markets, portfolios, rules, regulations and data sets to a current or proposed process or control, FS-Assur can provide what-if based outcomes allowing organisations to understand the immediate consequence of a predicted or proposed adjustment, new business or change providing a powerful GRC assurance tool to its stakeholders.

In either case, two approaches are possible:

Embedded Software: the software can be embedded, under licence, into the client's processing and control environment to enable self-assessment and/or internally managed scenario modelling.

Managed Service: FS-Assur can provide ongoing assessment/modelling as a managed service.
